      but isnt there a way of testing to see if that person has hacks? im pretty sure that anyone that knows me in survival games knows i dont hack, i just dont want to be ban anymore for nothing i didnt do.

        The only way you stay banned is if the Admins agree that in the video that was taken, you were in fact using hacks. Even if you do come back. You will be on a fairly short leash because of this incident. Not to say its all your doing or not. I have not seen the proof video so I am neutral at the momment.

      cam you dont understand, i have posted on the ban wall, no one is reading it! So if you would kindly get me some how unban i would very much appreciate it. it says im permaban and i wasnt hacking! and he had no more proof, he left right after i killed him, i just want to play this game! why would i want to ruin the servers??

        The servers open up periodically. if you cant find one thats open find one that is close to the end, and wait for it to reload after the game ends. Thats how most players are doing it until Ghosting issues are fixed.
