Java Developer

MCSG needs some dedicated, talented coders to help MCSG create some of the coolest automated plugins in the Minecraft community. Also have a huge role in maintaining our current plugins we had build. If you have the experience, let us know if you qualify with the following requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• NDA contract is required!
• Require timely updates/plugin development for updates with MC
• At least 3 years experience with JAVA.
• Advanced knowledge of the Bukkit API (and willing to learn Minecraft API in the future)
• Team player and positive thinker is a plus!

These applications will be reviewed by the owner of MCSG and will be interviewed by ChadTheDJ and the current development team.

Moderator

Moderators are our first line of defense against hackers, spammers and trolls. Moderators are expected to hop from server to server, keeping an eye on players, making sure they're following the rules, and playing fairly. If this seems like something you'd be interested in, please read the following:

• We greatly prefer 18+, but with enough experience and enough detail in your application, we will accept younger. Sorry, we do not accept anyone under the age of 14! Don't lie about your age, we have ways of finding out the truth!
• We generally prefer users with previous Moderator/Admin experience. Please provide proof (posting IPs, links, etc., etc).
• We ignore all applicants with 3 or more bans on MCBans, MCBouncer and/or MineBans.
• We ignore all applicants who have current or previous bans on our servers.
• Applications with poorly written replies or one sentence replies will be overlooked.
• Applications that do not follow the template will be overlooked.
• Accepted applicants may not be in any type of clan or PvP group.
• All applicants need a microphone that they can use to communicate with players/staff on our TeamSpeak. It is your decision to buy a microphone if you do not have one; it does not guarantee you will be accepted as a moderator.

If you have been approved, we'll ask for a "Potential Mod Meeting" over TeamSpeak.

These applications are reviewed by the Senior Moderators and the Administrators.

Creative Moderator

Creative Moderators are our defence against the spammer, hackers, trolls, and inappropriate structures. The Creative Moderators are expected to spend their time moderating the creative server, keeping an eye on players, chat, and their builds, making sure they're following the rules.

If this seems like something you'd be interested, please read the following:

• We greatly prefer 18+, with experience of moderating and enough detail in your application, if you have experience as a builder as well, even better, but not required. Sorry, we do not accept anyone under the age of 14! Don't lie about your age, we have ways of finding out the truth!
• We do require you to have a microphone as a moderator as this helps when we need to have meetings.
• Also if you have the ability to record that's great, but once again not required.
• Those of you with previous Moderator/Admin experience. Please provide proof (posting IPs, links, etc., etc).
• If you have building experience then links to images of these accomplishments would be good as well.
• We ignore all applicants with 3 or more bans on MCBans, MCBouncer and/or MineBans.

Tekkit Builder

THIS IS NOT A MODERATOR POSITION

As we are working on our Tekkit server, we will need the assistance of experienced builders to help us out!

• There is a age limit of 13 for this position anyone under that age will not be accepted.
• You must have a microphone & use TeamSpeak. This will make the building process much easier.
• We need proof of your building skills. Post all the videos and links that you want to show off.
  • Right now, we're mostly interested in city and tall building.
  • Posting one picture is not proof of your building skills. This will have your application declined.
